Pinnacle Achievement Winner
Over two days from the 1st of June 2021, Kharen, Patrick, Michelle and Kristina attended the annual Count Conference in Sydney.
This event was significant for two reasons. One, it was the first Count Conference since CountPlus ownership and the first major, face to face, professional development and networking event since COVID19. Secondly, not only was Michelle Alipit nominated for the Excellence in Operations award for NSW, but our principal, Kharen Kaleda, was awarded the prestigious, Pinnacle Achievement award.
This award recognises Kharen’s incredible contribution to Count over the last 24 years. During this time, she was integral to the founding of the Women in Advice Committee and Women’s Mentoring Program. She also served and represented NSW on the Count Advisory Council for four years (with her final year as vice-chair).
During her time with Count, spanning two and half decades, Kharen has formed many solid relationships with peers and clients alike. She is highly respected across the Count network and has helped a countless number of clients become more financially free and secure. And helping clients is what drives Kharen to do what she does.
